En SOUTHCLIMB trabajamos para ofrecerte la mejor experiencia de aventura con total seguridad y flexibilidad. Por ello, te detallamos nuestra política de cancelación:
✅ Cancelaciones por parte del cliente:
Cancelaciones con más de 72 horas de antelación: Reembolso completo o posibilidad de reprogramar sin coste.
Cancelaciones entre 72 y 24 horas antes de la actividad: Se devolverá el 50% del importe o se podrá reprogramar la actividad con un recargo del 20%.
Cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas de antelación o no presentación (no show): No se realizarán reembolsos. La actividad se considerará perdida.
🏥 Enfermedades o Lesiones:
Si no puedes participar por motivos de salud o lesión, será necesario presentar un justificante médico. En ese caso:
Se podrá reprogramar la actividad sin coste dentro de los siguientes 3 meses (sujeto a disponibilidad).
Si prefieres la devolución, se reembolsará el 50% del importe total.
🌧️ Cancelaciones por condiciones meteorológicas:
La seguridad es nuestra prioridad. Si las condiciones meteorológicas no permiten realizar la actividad de forma segura (lluvia intensa, tormentas eléctricas, viento fuerte u otros fenómenos adversos), SOUTHCLIMB se reserva el derecho de:
Reprogramar la actividad en una nueva fecha.
Ofrecer un bono para utilizar en futuras actividades.
Realizar un reembolso completo si no es posible reprogramar.
Nota: Las lluvias leves o condiciones meteorológicas variables no se consideran motivo de cancelación, salvo que comprometan la seguridad.

At SOUTHCLIMB, we strive to provide you with the best adventure experience with complete safety and flexibility. Below you will find our cancellation policy:
✅ Cancellations by the customer:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling free of charge.
Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the activity: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 20% surcharge.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows: No refunds will be issued. The activity will be considered lost.
🏥 Illness or Injury:
If you cannot participate due to health issues or injury, a medical certificate is required. In this case:
You may reschedule the activity free of charge within the next 3 months (subject to availability).
If you prefer a refund, 50% of the total amount will be reimbursed.
🌧️ Cancellations due to Weather Conditions:
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place safely (heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, or other adverse conditions), SOUTHCLIMB reserves the right to:
Reschedule the activity to a new date.
Offer a voucher for future activities.
Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Note: Light rain or changing weather conditions are not considered valid reasons for cancellation unless they compromise safety.
